Terms
National and Public Holidays fall in the high season
- San Gimignano City Tax is € 1,50 per person, per night up to maximum 10 nights. Free of charge children under 12 years old.Cleening fee € 30,00
- Bedlinen and towels are furnished and the change is weekly. The request for extra towels has an additional cost to be paid locally.
- The heating is not included in the price and it is upon consumption. The cost is € 5,0 per cubic meter (from Nov. 1st to April 30th)
- Check-in is from 04:00 pm to 07:00 pm. For different time arrival you are pleased to inform the keyholder to arrange your check-in time.
- Check-out is at 10:00 am.
- Babybed and highchair are at disposal, included in the price and to be requested at the moment of the booking. Linen are not furnished.
- The booking will be confirmed with a deposit of 25% of the cost of the stay. The balance has to be paid 40 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: 30 to 16 days prior to arrival 50% of penalty; 15 to 8 days prior to arrival 70%; 7 to 1 day prior to arrival 90%.
- For cancellation on arrival day, in case of no-show or earlier departure 100%
- Payments with credicard (VISA and Mastercard), Postal order or bank transfers are accepted.
Hotel Le Renaie
A very tranquil position upon the Tuscan hills.
Le Renaie Hotel is located in the little village of Pancole, just 5 kilometres from San Gimignano. The hotel approaches the ancient “via Francigena” right on the track Gambassi-San Gimignano. Every day, we can meet many trackers, who choose a direct contact with the environments.

It was born from the Tuscan homemakers that handed the good traditional recipes.
The smell from the kitchen, the intense aromas of the local herbs on the food, offer a genuine taste. During the good season guests can enjoy the experience on the nice refreshing terrace.
